As you've probably gathered, I'm planning on upgrading my RAM on my computer.
My computer has two slots, and I'm planning on putting one 128 MB DIMM module in each slot. My owners manual indicates that I need PC100 DIMM.
My question is, is it possible to use PC133 DIMM in place of the PC100? Will it accept it, except only run at 100? My computer is an emachines 733i with an intel celeron 733 mhz processor running windows me.

Believe it or not, I ran into some problems when installing the RAM today. I accidently bought one 133 and one 100 module each. The 133 speed module is a different size (height) than the 100 module, and only the 100 module would fit correctly. So, I exchanged the 133 for the 100 and I'm going to install it tomorrow.
