The article says there are over 100 candidates just from the 2 big parties. Will the parties have a pre-election where they decide on just one candidate or will the Californians really have to decide between 250 candidates? Even just 100 candidates seems to be way too much for an election. People will problems to find Arnie on that list
What kind of system does California use? I hope not the famous Florida system?!

I posted this earlier in another thread. I think it's pertinant.......
"Arnold (or the recall) may never happen. My money is on this scenario:
Shortly before October 7, Davis will resign, therebye making the recall moot. This will hand the reigns of California over to his Lt. Governor.
So much for a Republican in the CA Statehouse..............

It's going to be a circus Bruno, unless, as you pointed out: myself and Superfly run on the ticket. I'll take care of the financial issues, and I'll let him worry about the Social stuff.
That's an interesting possibility. But IMO, I don't see that happening. That idiot Davis is just too high strung and full of himself to concede a defeat of that magnitude. He's going to see this through to the bitter end, and if he sees he's going down, he's going to take as many people down with him as he can.
