to shut it off after youre through( everything off).

leave it on( so i can keep seeing the beautiful wallpaper i set from this site)

also does turning the PC on/off too often harm it in any way? and what about the monitor how can i retain the wallpaper without it turning into a screen saver after a while Confused

I always leave it on during the day and shut it off at night. It takes alot of power to fire up a CPU so it's better for it to keep it on rather thatn turing it on and off.

assuming that you have Windows system

go to Control Panel, and in dysplay menu (I am not quite sure) find screensaverr setting and set to never
