More signs that we are slipping backwards I guess.

Just as I thought; rickets typically reflect a lack of proper nutrients, including certain minerals and vitamins.

All you have to do is eat fruit and veggies and you will probably avoid them.

I could pretend to be surprised but I won't. I see people that never eat fruits of vegetables of any sort, even that canned crap. Rather they "live" on cheesburgers and frys, maybe a side salad or such once a month. They seem to believe that the shredded lettuce and fake tomato on the burger is OK.

I wonder how a person could not love vegetables and fruits.

Of course I'm old and grew up with them available fresh off the vine or tree.

Quit calling an airport ramp "Tarmac" and a taxiway "runway".

Seriously, I can't even remember the last time I ate a Burger or French Fries. And there are really people who live on those and Coke? Oh my goodness... Gonna have some grapes.

I think this is all the more reason why children actually should have vitamin/mineral supplements during their growing years.

I right now take a Centrum multivitamin/mineral supplement every day.  Smile
