No. Tipping is for waiter service. If your picking up, there is no waiter. If you have a few drinks at the bar while your waiting, then leave a small tip.

Some places do put a fee (usually 10%) on take out orders, some say that it's to compensate for lost revenue for the resturant, some say it's a tip for the server. Either way, I think it is an unfair thing to do.
