Just wanted to take a moment here and extend to all fellow Canucks a very happy Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. And by the looks of the gorgeous Indian summer weather we're experiencing in Toronto, it should be a beautiful one!

So, enjoy your Turkey, stuffing, cranberries and pumpkin pie, washed down with some good wine.

Thanks Canadi>nBoy! I will be homesick this weekend...my husband is in Toronto, spending the weekend with his family, eating good Portuguese food... I want to go home!!!  Smile

Happy Thanksgiving all!

ScarletHarlot (LOVE that name!) I'll have a drumstick and some pumpkin pie for you. Hmmm, funny you mention Portuguese food, as we're dining tonight
at a fantastic Portuguese restaurant on College Street (Little Italy area which is now really Little Brazil and Portugal!). Sunday is our big dinner, and I make a mean stuffing to die for!

Just tune into CBC Radio-Canada this weekend, and perhaps you won't feel so homesick.

Happy Canuck Thanksgiving, eh!

Happy Thanksgiving to you, John... And to all Canadians who celebrate the day.
Beautiful weather, eh? By the way, why is it called Indian Summer?

Well guys, our curling club here in Seattle has its first open house of the year today, so that'll be my dose of Canadiana today...that, and picking up my husband at SEA when he gets off the AC YYZ - SEA flight. I just talked to him and his mom is making turkey! He also went to the Leafs game last night and said they played so badly they got booed at the end of the second period!

Sigh...I miss Canada.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Glad you like my name Canadi>nBoy!  Smile
