Go to Start>Runtype in services.msc or go to Control Panel, Administrative and choose Services. Then find Messenger service and disable it. It's as easy as that. Get it the hell off your pc I don't know how anybody can live with it.

Uh... you can't "get it off" your PC, you can only disable it. It's part of the Windows Operating system and was designed for network administrators to send messages to users. Unfortunately, some smart asses grab your IP and then try charging you $10 for them to stop bothering you.
