What old show would you like to see either originally brought back onto the air, or remade with modern actors/animation?
Some recent ones which have are: Johnny Quest, He-Man, Transformers, Justice League (i.e., SuperFriends), etc.
Most of my old faves are still on the air and/or in syndication... though I wouldnt mind seeing "She-Ra", "Beetlejuice", or "Myth Men: Guardians of the Legend" brought back

you pick up on some good ones.
like He-Man, She-Ra, Transformers, Thundercats, Voltron, Pinwheel (a Nickelodeon hit back in early 90's/late 80's just like Noozles, Inspector Gadget, Count Duckula, Cities of Gold), Frigo Rock, something that aired on the UPN networks like 1991 called Ultraman that was Power Rangers before power rangers - i hate power rangers, Heathcliff, Alf, etc.
I am sure I could think of more, like Rainbow Brite and My little Pony and CareBears and Teddy Ruxpin and Ghostbusters the animated Series and Beverly Hills Teens (the cartoon version of 90210 that came out 3 years before)...
Golly, those shows were cool, at lesat they still play Ducktales on disney.

Cities of Gold
Are you referring to the one about the boy who could fly a Golden Condor in search of El Dorado? If so, wow! I thought I was like the only one on Earth who remembered that cartoon!

Cities of gold
Err... there was Esteban, and Tau, and Zia?
They had a sidekick - some kind of parrot?
Plus, the Conquistadores were the bad guys.
Ulysses was similar... but I couldn't keep track of it. It just seemed like a pointless series of random events loosely arranged into a saga (like the original, really). He had a sidekick robot that ate nuts & bolts?

I'm glad you asked, because I was thinking this very day about some television series that I'd like to see again. The two that came to mind were:
Northern Exposure -- I LOVED that show. I didn't miss an episode.
Twin Peaks -- Was wierd, and I didn't really get it. But I didn't miss an episode of that either.
I'd pay money for DVD collections of those two shows!
And now, as I'm typing this, I'd really like to see "Wings" again. Naw, I'd just like to see the opening song and clip of the Cessna 402 flying. I used to just watch that and then I'd see what else was on.

Nowadays, when they try to remake something it just ends up sucking. I would like them to re-air the shows Twin Peaks, Fifteen, You Can't Do That on TV, and Tattoed Teenaged Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills.

I know it just got cancelled last season, but, man, I miss "Futurama" - I put it on par with "The Simpsons" during its heyday (early-mid 90's).

I totally agree on "Father Ted" and "Northern Exposure". I would really love to see another series of "Bottom" as well (just bought the DVD set, and have been laughing myself silly). In the same vein, "The Young Ones" would be a good one to bring back. I would also love to see a new series of "Beavis and Butthead". I would love to hear them go off on some of the music of today.

Black Sheep Squadron. I yearn to hear & see a Corsair again. Hopefully someone will put all 37 episodes on DVD, because I'll be first in line to buy it. Regards.
