Latest MSNBC update:
http://www.msnbc.com/news/995113.asp?0cv=CB10

While wondering if Jack-o was debating another OJ-type disappearance:

1) I overheard a blurb on a local talk show this morning. Basically, the American Civil Liberties Union is upset that the therapist that this 12-year old was seeing was legally able to tell the cops what had transpired. Anybody else out there besides me think that the ACLU is one of the most worthless and disappointing organizations out there?

2) The other question raised this morning: why do these parents continue to drop their kids off at Neverland? A link to fame? Greed?

Short answer - yes.

Oh my GOD!!!

An image just flew through my head of Michael Jackson shooting and singing a remake of Elvis's Jailhouse Rock, crotchgrabbing and all.

The horror, the horror...

What I'd like to know is - why, if Joe Blow were facing charges like this, the cops would have no problem nabbing him at work, home, hotel, or wherever the hell he is and carting him off to jail, but because it's a celebrity, they give them the "opportunity" to turn themselves in at their leisure? And there apparently isn't any problem with the celebrity taking the attitude of "I'll do it when I'm damn good and ready", then boarding his plane and taking off to who-knows-where.

I'd say that NAMBLA members are probably the only ones who dont...

I often wonder the same.

In this case, it seems to be a family who lost their home in paying for their child's cancer-related bills. Jackson took them in and bought them a car.

I agree wholeheartedly with reply #3... it's this "he's a worldwide celebrity, therefore we have to be careful how we do this" mentality (on behalf of the law) is horsesh!t, and it's that mentality which goes a long way towards enabling this sort of behavior.

I'd like to see a Cops style arrest for Jackson. None of this having lawyers turn you over shit. I wanna see him in a dirty pair of old jeans, a wife beater, truckers hat, and a High Life longneck in his hand being chased down by 3 cops and a dog. Now that would be exciting.

Here's all I keep thinking about.

Supposedly, MJ has a prosthetic nose after having lost most of his to botched surgeries.

Now the Mug Shot....
With or without?

Actually, the purpose of a mug shot is to have visual ID in case they need to be identified. Is there anyone who does NOT know what MJ looks like?

Health care workers are required by law to report any actual or even suspected cases of child abuse or neglect. This includes therapy sessions. This law has been on the books for a long time, though I'm not sure there if there have been any court challenges.

My gut reaction is that the ACLU hasn't got a leg to stand on.

Incredibly enough, Johnny Cockroach er..Cochran just had his mug on TV talking about MJ. Geez, are we going to see another "Dream Team"?

Sensing a great photo-op, perhaps the 6th Jackson (Jesse), will come storming into the limelight.

People say that Wacko Jacko is just a child trapped in a man's body, the trouble is he is in truth a man who likes to be trapped in a boy's "body"

Anybody listen to Romie today? He was a riot. Talked about all the "info" next to the mug shot about him being a black male, when it's all wrong. And if he jumps bail, what will the APB sound like "Be on the lookout for An alibino African American he-she". But his take on the secret room with the trap door entrance and the "beep beeep beep"..Uh oh adult alarm, close the trap door, get your pants on and get out of here" I about fell out of the car laughing.
