Is that phrase still copyrighted by NFL Films?
Anyway, let's take a look. The Pats do a goal-line stance to hold off the Colts; the Eagles win their 6th straight, as the Panthers try to imitate the 1982 Cal Golden Bears at the end of the game ; the Ravens hit double 4's for the second time in two weeks-just who IS this Anthony Wright? The Bengels are the real deal, with a Fantastic Finish against the dead and buried Steelers.
As far as the Browns go: "Fire Butch Davis; Fire Butch Davis; Fire Butch Davis; Fire Butch Davis". Any questions?

Again the Giants stunk this week (except for a 77 yard TD pass Collins to Toomer)
I think Fassel will be fired at the end of the season. I've heard Tom Coughlin is high on the Giants head coach list.

Well, I'd like to see Butchie Davis get the can in Cleveland. This team is regressing under his "some of your are my boys, and some of you aren't" mentality. And, since it looks like there'll be a coaching vacancy in Pittsburgh, I'd love to have an old Browns player/coach, Bill Cowher, take over in Cleveland.
But if Davis goes, Carmen Policy needs to go ahead of him.

A great game played by the Detroit Lions! They showed the country what they are capable of. Next season they will be better, as long as their recievers can catch the ball. They need to watch some UM highlights.

E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!! Lets face it folks...the Eagles are the real deal now....1st place in the NFC East and tied for first in the conference...this is our year to at least get to the Super Bowl...although sadly the AFC is a much better conference it seems, so I fear whoever goes to the Super Bowl from the AFC will win it all though...time will tell...

Umm, Alpha, the Lions beat the Pack this week. My Bears beat up on the Cards, without their starting QB or runningback. Though Brock Forsey (who?) looked real good against the Cards.

Fine.....anyone but Dallas. The average Dallas fan is merely annoying as hell when the Cowboys are 5-11 (not that they can usually be found when the team is losing), but when they're winning....they're out in force and absolutely intolerable.

Oh, shit, that's right. Hehe. Sorry Illini_152. It was Da Bears that beat the Cardinals. Oh well, the Bears and the Lions are both pretty sorry (the Browns are just as sorry), and what I said about the Cardinals still holds.

The scary thing is, while the Bears do suck, there is so much parity in the league, they're only 2 games behind the Vikings, and get to play them and the Packers once more. It's almost December and they have not yet been mathamaticly eliminated from the playoffs.
Too bad this will mean another year of Jaron and company. In at least 3 of their losses, they were just plain out coached. And now this late season spurt will just get them another year. Is it bad when you're hoping your team will lose so they'll replace the management?

Vick is back, yaaaaaaawwwwwnnnnn. What's the point of having a quality QB if you don't have any WRs that can catch! I'm predicting a 2-14 record for the Falcan'ts. I think quite a few NCAA teams could beat the Falcons, heck some of the top high school programs in Georgia could probably play close against them.

I have to admit the Rams do worry me a bit...they are definitely surprising me and looking reallllll sharp...It could very well be Rams-Eagles in the NFC title game again...

I'm still crying from last night's Tampa Bay game, it was so depressing. The Jaguars for crying out loud! The game was pathetic, not to mention that all of the officials had to have been payed out of Jack Del Rio's own pocket. Ronde Barber had control of that ball, dammit! Arrrrrrrrg!!!

The Phins just beat the hell out of the Cowboys. It was great seeing Parcells losing. Did you guys notice that Jerry Jones didnt come out and gloat like he usually does? Go Seahawks, taking the NFC west this year!

And what, Seattle is going to make the Bowl instead? Snowballs chance in hell.
The team with homefield advantage in the NFC will make the Super Bowl. The Rams are virtually unbeatable at home and playing at Philly in January has to be one of the more miserable experiences for a visiting team (even if they're not at the Vet). The Cowpokes will make the playoffs, but they'll probably run out of steam at the end of the season and take the wild card way in. In the NFC North, Minnesota is fading fast, and look out, but da Bears are still alive! If they beat Green Bay (big if) they'll definitely be in business.
