I have 18 jumps under my belt, longest freefall from 7,500 feet, approx. 12 seconds. Fun stuff but very scary. I never got used to the rush, which is good. If I had money, I would pursue it.

I have done it last September (tandem jump) while on vacation in Australia (check my trip report if you like), and it was a fantastic experience. Already considering going for the licenses to do it on my own (just don't have those 1,500 bucks spare).
Go for it, there's nothing like jumping out of a plane from 12,000 feet!
