I'd say JFK, and jackie was certainly the best looking first lady ever. She was only very young- early 30's when JFK was elected.

Even though I didn't care for his policies, I would have to say that Bill "Slick Willie" Clinton definitely looked very distinguished and Presidential as did Reagan.
