Motorola T721
Its ok, but very plasticy, seems pretty tough, seeing how I have dropped it numerous times with no ill effect.

I have the Motorola T720 which is also a very tough phone. I dropped it in the Tinsletown parking lot and it bounced like four times with only two minor knicks.

My Three year old Nokia 6210. This phone has taken some serious punishment. I have dropped it at least 20 times. The trouble is it now has a loose connection and turns off by itself. Any reconditions for a new sturdy phone?

I have a Nokia 3510...Which I'm getting pretty bored of, I used to have an 8310 which was virtually indestructible! I once dropped it in a glass of water (I know, dumass!) and it stills works now, great phone, kinda miss it, if only it had a colour screen.
