This may have been discussed briefly before, and if so, my apologies.
Did Indy ever put a whooping on the Broncos yesterday or what? 41 to 10...the whole city of Denver should be ashamed! Well not really, but it was fun to see Manning pick apart the Denver defense. 22 for 26, 377 yeards, 5 touchdowns, folks, it doesn't get better than that. Peyton proved that he is rightfully a co-owner of the MVP award this season. His work ethic and love for the game has made him an elite passer in just a few short seasons...I mean how many records has he already broken? Many! All of his critics saying how Manning couldn't win a playoff game...well, it's good to see them proved wrong.
I don't know that Peyton can work enough magic to pull Indy over K.C next week, but it should be an interesting game...very high scoring I would think.
Boy, I'd love to place my Peyton bobblehead at my ticket counter position today...wouldn't make the Broncos fans happy, but that's just how it goes.

Can anyone tell me how they compute a "passer rating?" I just read that Peyton Manning had a perfect passer rating of 158.3, the second time this season that he has accomplished this....it was also the fourth perfect playoff performance in NFL history. He did throw 4 incomplete passes......
Having a smoking section in a restaurant is like having a peeing section in a swimming pool.....

I believe it is a combination of percentage of passes completed, yardage thrown for, touchdown's, and interceptions. Those stats get averaged together somehow. Probably invented by some algebra professor at MIT or something.

He played like an MVP there for sure. Great game to watch.

For the record, my Peyton bobblehead was indeed with me at the gate podium yesterday. One Broncos fan on her way to Denver asked me "Say, is that yours? You're really rubbing it in aren't you!". Priceless!
