YKA, trust me your too young to give your heart away so easy. At your age it's about enjoying your youth and when you find a cute girl enjoying each others company (hint hint) is what it's all about, worry about love when you start getting closer to 30.
Don't give your heart away so easy, keep your cool and enjoy your YOUTH!

In my experience the song is right. If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, make an ugly woman your wife. The pretty ones know they are pretty and are a huge pain in the ass. Find one that is not a swimsuit model if you want a real relationship.

My advice: as soon as you have a girlfriend use your new emotional `security' and confidence to be genuine friends with lots of other women. Some of them will see you as a `potential'. You can be perfectly innocent about it without having all your eggs in one basket.

Always remember, no matter how pretty she is, no matter how nice her boobs are, how nice her butt looks, etc, somebody, somewhere is tired of putting up with her $hit! Move on, suck it up (sure it hurts like a biotch) and just look for some "fun"! The pain will pass...

Hey I just broke up with MY [64th or so] girlfriend. I'm a little bummed. But I'm not sitting here crying the blues over it.
In all honesty, I'm kind of glad it didn't work out. She was a little too tempermental for me, and I think I was a little too blunt and unpolished for her.
So now I'm sitting here surfing and typing while the ol' Teac is cranking a 70's Rock and Roll reel to reel tape. And how ironic...."Positively 4th Street" by Bob Dylan just came on...what a scathing song....
But I ramble.
I know it's not the end of the world. I'll meet someone else eventually.

Relationships are one place where being totally honest does not pay off. I can't tell you how many times my girlfriend almost has done me the favor of splitting for telling her what I think on a subject.
They ask if they look fat in something. You should answer no. But if they do look fat who is it better to hear it from? you or their friends mumbling it behind their back?
They ask if you like something they cooked, made, whatever. You should answer yes. If it sucks however, and you say this be prepared to see a lot more of it.
These are the issues I face daily, I am blunt and unpolished as well. It probably makes my girlfriend nuts but I think deep down she figured out I am doing it for her own benefit.
