I'm a die hard fan of the cop show 'Nash Bridges'...which I think is one of the best cop shows ever produced. Intelligent plots, great actors, much humour and comedy, nice action, drama - not full of shit like all these other cop shows. I'm wondering who else likes it?
Why was it really stopped on American TVs back in 2001? Any infos on what the actors are doing right now? I know about Don, but what's with Cheech Marin and Jeff Perry? Or others?
Type in Nash Bridges and your questions will be answered.
I was in San Fran once (2000) when they were shooting a scence in an episode...of course at Fishermans' Wharf. The yellow muscle car (Plymouth?) was on view as they were setting up a mid-morning shot. Couldn't watch the actual filming as they made an announcement over a bull horn that no one without a "SAG" card could be in the shot. Screen Actors Guild.
I would imagine that productions using actual locations like Nash Bridges did are substantially more expensive to make than something produced on the back lot in Hollywood.
