OK, other than buying a brand new one!  Laugh out loud I have seen those things you put them in to clean them in the dish washer. I have washed them in the regular washer before but, dayum, shrink city!!

Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Put it in the dish washer but don't dry it, let it air dry.

As in, take it out after the wash cycle? With or without the basket thing?

A god tip (that I got from"Queer Eye for a Straight Guy"!)is to roll the peak and put it into a coffee mug, so you don't get the flat peak redneck farmer/chinese tour group look.

roll the peak and put it into a coffee mug

Actually, you want to do that immediately after purchasing a new hat, not just when washing it. Roll the brim of the hat, placing it inside a coffee cup. It's best to leave it in there for at least 12 hours before wearing it.
