During our next trip in USA X.Y. and myself will stop over in LA. As we never met before, we would like you to arrange our first-ever meeting during the day of March X and why not take this opportunity to visit your business premises ? If both our suggestion and the day suit you, please let me know about it. Best regards…….
Does it sound like American english ? Please correct. I will appreciate and thank you for helping me to progress in American english.

Here:
During our next trip to USA X.Y. and will stop over in LA. Because we have never met, I would like to arrange our first meeting on March X, at the same time we could get to know your business area. Let me know if this can work out. Best regards...............

My suggestion:
During our next trip to the U.S.A., X.Y. and I will stop over in L.A. Since we have never met, I would like to arrange our first meeting on March X. At that time, we could also get to know more about your business. Please let me know if this is possible.

I agree, TWFirst's version is the best way this can be worded.

Just in case you cancel it and decide to go to Mexico :
Durante nuestro próximo viaje a los México, X.Y y yo haremos una escala en Cancun. Puesto que nos conocemos todavía, me gustaría que programáramos nuestra primera reunión el día X de Marzo. Podríamos aprovechar y conocer más acerca de su negocio. Hágame saber si esto es posible.
Gracias.

But if you board the wrong plane and end up in Slovenia , this is what you'll need:
Ko bom naslednjic obiskal Slovenijo, se bova XY in jaz ustavila v Ljubljani. Ker se se nisva spoznala, bi za X marec predlagal prvi sestanek. Takrat pa bi lahko tudi spoznal vase podjetje. Prosim sporocite mi, ce je to mozno.
(Note: I've omitted special Slovenian characters for the ch, sh, and zh sounds.)

Although your initial attempt may not sound like American English, your writing definitely seems highly intelligent and sophisticated. Since you're from Switzerland, I'm going to assume that English is not your first language. Excellent job considering that English isn't your first language - it can definitely be a challenge.

Actually, using x, y, and I is incorrect due to the series being more than 2 total individuals. "meet myself, x, and y" would be more correct.
