An accurate measurement of what? Inate intelligence, sure. A predicator of success? Not by the hairs on your chin.

And it will vary as tested, by many points depending on circumstance.

3.0 GPA plus 25 ACT (first and only attempt). But since I.Q. and GPA don't always correlate, you can't be sure.

I usually end up with something around 140-160 depending on how I'm feeling that day.

Did you know that I.Q. declines with age? If you want to know why, e-mail me.

I am an analytic detective. I do unusually well solving problems and finding things that are not logical.
Only 6 out of 1000 have this talent. Ooooooooh!
I only scored a 110 though. I have several glasses of wine in me at this time so maybe it would be higher without them  Smile
In the AirForce when I took the ASVAB test they tried to get me to be a jet engine mechanic because I scored real high in that area and was very mechanically inclined. Interesting  Smile

I can't say that I care about IQ tests, I've never even taken one. Maybe it's just my fear of the possible result, but then again, I couldn't be bothered.

Your IQ score is 124

This number is based on a scientific formula that compares how many questions you answered correctly on the Classic IQ Test relative to others.

Your Intellectual Type is Inventive Inquisitor. You have the unusual distinction of being equally good at math and verbal skills. This means you are a creative thinker and are uniquely good at teaching others through experiences. You are also a great improviser and very good at handling change.

I really think that it is really hard to truly determine one's IQ, as the test is as only good as the questions and those questions can be skewed.

It appears that most understand the fallicay of the "IQ" test. Don't sweat a number, it means nothing to quality of life, A person with an "IQ" of 120 is, in fact, more likely to be happy in life than one with an "IQ" of 160.

I think, FSP, you are correct. Forget the falsity of IQ, it means nothing in the long run. What means something is friendship and love. Somewhat interchangeable, aren't they?

I wish I'd learned that lesson long ago. Maybe I still have a chance, most of you certainly do.
