When I get the time, I sometimes like to listen to talk radio. So what I am asking you is who are your favorite talk radio hosts?

Here are mine:

1. Micheal Savage (The Savage Nation) http://www.MichealSavage.com

2. Curtis Lela (correct me if his last name is spelled wrong)

3. Rush Limbaugh (The Rush Limbaugh Show) http://www.RushLimbaugh.com

4. Steve Malzberg

I am also a very big fan of Art Bell, though can't say the same for Rush, I also like George Noory, and I know that he isn't all talk, but Uncle Nasty from KBPI.

My top three are
1. Micheal Savage, This guy is a well educated right wing nut. He's like a train wreck, I just can't look away.

2. Glenn Beck. I like the fact that he can make fun of what's going on and of himself.

3. Art Bell. "Chem Trails", need I say more?

Neil Boortz: Atlanta area, but sindicated nationwide

Bob Grant: NYC area, on WOR. My old 80's favorite still around today

Garrison Keilor: Sindicated

John Hancock: Charlotte area, WBT Somewhat blunt, but very fair.

Favorites: Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh

Also listen to: Neil Boortz, Jim Bohannan, Art Bell/George Noory, Glenn Beck, Moon Griffon (local), Bill Profita (local), Michael Reagan, Matt Drudge

Amused by: Michael Savage-- the man's a raving lunatic, but makes some very good points from time to time, and oftentimes says what others are afraid to.

Today was the first time I ever heard Neil Boortz. I think I'm going to like him too.

Glenn Beck http://www.glennbeck.com He's straightforward, but also has good humour.

George Noory http://www.coasttocoastam.com I know it was Art Bell's show, but I prefer the new guy. He seems to have a more level head... at least for the time being.

Also, just about any Midday Connection http://www.middayconnection.org is good. The regular hosts are Anita Lustria and Elsa Mazon. This is a program produced on Moody Broadcasting Network (Moody Bible Institute) so it is strictly from a relatively conservative, Christian perspective. Many of the programs are aimed at stay-at-home mothers since that's who's likely to be listening, but the information is very good in general.

I would love to see a war of words between talk show host Micheal Savage and sex advice columnist (and gay man) Dan Savage.

Savage Nation vs. Savage Love. Who will be victorious? Personally, I'd pull for Dan. He's less of a pill.

I'm a Rush fan. I don't agree with everything that he says, but he is extremely entertaining.

I don't care much for Michael Savage. He's a little too extreme for me.
