Your predictions? I boldly suggest quarterfinals, elimination AFTER England goes, before Germany.

I still say the US team is another World Cup or two away from really competing on the level of the elite squads. With more and more US players going over to Europe, that can bode well for the future success of the US team. When one of the most elite clubs in the world has an American as their staring keeper, you know things are looking up for the future of the US in the World Cup. Tim Howard has followed in the footsteps of Brad Friedel and Kasey Keller in regards to American keepers in the EPL. Friedel and Keller have been the two main keepers for the US for several World Cups, and have been mainstays in Europe for many years now. Pretty much the MLS is becoming a developmental league for the various leagues in Europe, as many of the regulars on the US National Team play overseas.

Elimination after England...well, that's not that hard to achieve since those guys from the funny Islands across the Channel usually turn up at those big tournaments with their pants full of shit from fear!! Big grin Big grin Big grin

Kirkie: Nah, In Germany we leave that to the Scots!

I know it's only VfB but I like it!

It's a bit early to say, especially since we haven't qualified yet. However, I have a gut feeling that we'll make the round of sixteen, but go home after that.

USA wont even make it past the big guys like:

Portugal
Argentina
Brazil
Netherlands
ITALIA
Spain
England

Usa might make it past the first round but they wont go very far, they still have a lot to improve specially if they play teams from Central America and Mexico tehy won't improve much.

ROLL TIDE!!!

I can vouch for that. He used to be 'PontiacSunfire', and before that, he was 'IwuvHuffy.'
