Hi there,

With in the last hour we have had Four electricity shortages. The whole street has lost power for about 20 seconds at a time! P*ssing me off big time now. Speaking to other people in the Southampton area and they report the same problems!  Pissed

Glad I am not working on a late shift at my workplace! Ohh the fun they are having right now!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Just goes to show you that life with out electricity would completely suck.

Ok ramble over...

Justin  Big thumbs up

Loss of power for 20 seconds with gaps in between where the power has been working....... Looks as though the panic is over.

I recently returned from India, where any decent home will have a big old inverter that will kick in whenever the power goes out, usually a couple of times a day for several hours. These inverters can be pretty big - the apartment we stayed in had one about 1 cubic meter, and it would keep everything going in the house for about 6 to 8 hours or so, except the air conditioning, which would suck it dry in about an hour at the most.
