Yesterday, I have seen Bill O'reilly comments about Bush.
For those unaware, here is a link:

Is it a sign that Fox is going to turn his back to Bush, and support the Democrats (because they feel the opinion of the people is changing), or is it just limited to this journalist?

The guy feels that he made a mistake on the issue, and wants to set it right with what facts are currently known.... I'd call that reasonably responsible journalism. Has nothing to do with being partisan in either direction.
