Some of the above statistics should be clarified as primary languages.
For example-- the USA, UK, and Australia alone have over 330m English speakers; and that's not even counting the country with the world's largest number of English speakers (India... who knew? )
That said, English is the most spoken of all Earth's languages.... with Mandarin being the most spoken primary language.
