Thought it would be interesting to see what everyone else's username meant to them. Mine is my initials and part of the registration number of a plane I saw the day I signed up on here.

Good topic PJS800!!
Mine actually has nothing to do with the DC-3 as many users have asked me!
It refers to Sir Freddie Laker's original attempt at a LCC in the 1970's. In September 1977, using a fleet of DC-10's he began service between New York and London with fares of only £118. The airline triggered huge public support and allowed those who normally could not afford to fly and opportunity to travel. By 1982 the other major carriers had forced the airline out of business by using "illegal price pressure".
I chose it because I think the idea was ahead of its time and admired the fact the Laker tried to open up the skies to those who could not previously afford to fly. Also I just think the name is cool .
Cheers - Skytrain.

People think my username is from the JAG television show character. Nothing can be further from the truth.
I am indeed a Lt. Commander in the United States Navy (Reserves). The Rabb part refers to my nickname of "Rabbit" given to me back in my first year of naval aviation. Why I received that name will remain with me.
When I created this user name it seems I omitted the last few letters, hence the abbreviation. Oh well!
Now you know the story behind Lt. Commander _______ "Rabbit" _________.
