Okay lets have a little fun-
How about some of those nicknames that apply to your job.

Wrench bender - a large aircraft mechanic
Greasy - Aviation technician
Fraggle - Avionics technician (all their parts come in boxes marked "Fragile" also relates to 1/2 hour work week from Fraggle Rock)
Carbon based GPS - Navigators
3 dimensional trucker - Pilot
Self loading baggage - Load master
Flat face - Flight engineer (From pressing face to window in helicopters for giving landing clearance etc)
