On take off once I inadvertently turned of my landing gear indicator light, so when I put my gear down my light did not come on. I felt pretty dumb when I worked out what I did, however I learnt a lot that day!

I once scared a friend who was afraid of planes. While flying over Indonesia towards Sydney, the plane went into (or above) bad weather and the flight wasn't smooth at all. When i saw my friend who was shaking and had his eyes closed, I told him: "My god, I think we're going to die". At that moment, he opened his eyes, looked at me and fainted. He came around thirty mnutes later and i felt sorry for him. I was so embarrased!

For Christmas vacation last year, my mom and I had gone to San Jose to see a group of people we hadn't seen in a long time. We decided take a small excursion to San Francisco. We were on the highway somewhere by the bay or the Pacific ocean and I asked what elevation we were at. I felt really stupid.
