How is it possible for one person to come up with so many worthless topics?

I would have guessed your alarm clock to sound like this...

Normally I would refrain from getting involved in the ways of the Elbonians, their pussy cats and bunny rabbits, but I have to say my peace on this occassion, KROC's (albeit funny) attitude needs to be kicked into touch and I will probably fail miserably with my futile efforts but here goes.

So KROC:

Ah all you poor people with alarm clocks.

Mine sounds like a rottweiller snuffling in my ear at daybreak. Wait! It is a rottweiller snuffling in my ear! Nice in the winter but 0400 in the summer is a bit of a bother.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I think I'd ignore an alarm clock if I had one. Or smash it against the wall.

Damn, this website is getting worse daily.

My alarm clock doesn't make a sound - it vibrates. I have it wedged between my mattress and bedframe.

I'm hard of hearing in both ears, so regular alarm clocks are useless to me.

I wouldn't know...I don't think I've ever heard it. I, like IMissPiedmont, wake to an old yellow labrador with her head on the edge of my bed. I open my eyes, and there's a big beautiful yellow lab looking at me. And the "fall back" time change from daylight savings time to standard time are no fun when the dog THINKS it's feeding time at 4 a.m.
