Yes - and even worse, I'm supposed to be revising for my 1st year uni exams, one of which I failed miserably today. There was a post on here a few weeks ago, saying that a.net is evil - and it is! I just can't help but switch my computer on, and taking a break from revision every few minutes to press refresh and read the latest replies. It's so time consuming, but it's just addictive.
At least if I fail my degree, I'll know what the shortcomings of the A340-600 are, whether Virgin USA will fly 737s or A320s, and will know where America West's new hub is should I require a flight with them. Useful, I'm sure you'll agree.

At work I have to sit infront and use three computers for 8 hours every stinking day, so I never get the urge to sit down infront of my computer at home.
If I feel a bit violent I usually sit down and play Vietcong for a while...

I too spend 8 hours daily at work in front of several computers with multiple systems and programs. I never thought I would be one to be addicted to anything, but lo and behold, I spend a few hours a day at home on the computer. If our world 25 years ago had what we have now with all the Internet, E-Mail, and the like, I would have been a nerd!
Flying is the second greatest thrill known to mankind, landing is the first!

Well my laptop crashed big time last week and I didn't have time to fix it as I was in the middle of my exams. Anyway it drove me mad not being able to use, its my window on the world, so I guess you could say i'm addicted. Well, I couldn't live without it.
Gutted that i've lost all my FlightSim stuff, oh well I guess it's a good time to go out and get a 'real' life!
