Kirkie, you will be glad to know that the man in the photo is not in fact me, I'm significantly younger than that - and possibly even better looking.

There are dozens of pictures of me on the net, keep looking and you're bound to find one! As a hint, check the websites of all the major IT companies in Scotland - deep inside of one of them there is a page with pictures of me and my co-workers at our finest/worst - but you'll have to look hard as it's hidden where the management team won't find it.

The miners memorial in the picture you posted is where I spent most evenings of my teenage years, with a few mates and a few litres of cider. If you could turn the camera left about 20 degrees, the house you would see is MY house.

I'm touched that you spent the time to research all these insignificant details about me - I found it quite humorous when I noticed. Laugh? I nearly shit on the office chair!  Laugh out loud
