Haven't heard much about SARS except a few cases in China. I am pretty sure its gone for now.

Will it come back? What do you guys think?

Personally believe that it is unlikely that a massive infection like the one we had last year will happen again. Very unlikely. New cases are much less severe and much less infectious. However, we must still be careful.

It's not a question of if/might....

SARS has already broken out repeatedly (albeit in small pockets, that were successfully contained) since the first major outbreak in late 2002.
