Hiya,

In the past I have had problems when printing from Adobe Acrobat, where words join each other and text becomes jumbled up etc... I have lived with it when printing some documents but now I have a 274 page manual which I need to print correctly. Is there any way I can change some settings or do something so I can print on regular A4 without any jumbleness.

Then the only thing I have to do is figure out where to print it............

Any help is appreciated.

The first thing that crossed my mind is that you should try to calibrate your printer. You should have some kind of software that would be able to do that.

Some computers have issues with Acrobat and RAM on large print jobs. Try printing it 10-20 pages at a time. It may take more time, but it's more likely to print out correctly.

At worst, you screw up and die.

Thanks guys,

I will try printing fewer pages then, my printer is an Epson ink jet and comes with it's own software - I'll take a look in there also.

You may also want to hit the printer manufacturers website and make sure you have the most up to date drivers.

We always have to specify a reduce character set or some such thing, when printing PDF files.
