Shucks. Next time we test, we'll claim it was to maintain our deterrent against China. Or maybe Burkina Faso. After all, our nuclear program isn't even Pakistan specific; weaponization began as an immediate consequence of the first Chinese tests in 1964, and the SSBN program is an overt indicator of the thrust for a second strike capability. Further, any agreement with Pakistan isn't worth the paper its signed on.
