oh dont even say the word quebec around me.I paid $645 to go there-IN FEBUARY! of all the months they could have scedualed the freaking tour it had to be febuary. Temperatures for the 3 days were -20 to -40 degrees.It never went above zero. I also think they were intimidating us by going to the winter carnival.Everything there was ice-even a 20ft castle which looked better in a book.Then we went to this place outside quebec city and suddenly going down large hills on inflatable tubes when the outside temperature is -40 didnt seem so much fun.Long story short,I almost jumped off a bridge when we came back to Maryland with 2 feet of snow on the ground!!!!!!
