I wear contacts so I also wear glasses (when the contacts aren't in). I think I prefer glasses, so might shift back to them and invest in a pair of rimless, flexible ones - they look cool.

Both contacts and glasses. The glasses only come on when I'm home for the night and my eyes are tired. Occasionally, I will wear glasses for an interview (promotes the corporate look I think, well at least my glasses do).

I wear glasses 90% of the time. I only really need them to drive, and read stuff off a white board/blackboard. However I decide its easier to just always leave them on, and be able to see everything clearly. Besides my girlfriend likes them so no problems there.

No, no, no, I get it. Yeah. He's the girl, and you're the girl, and sometimes you're both the girl. Right? That's Hot.

Yup

Wear glasses for driving. Didn't used to until I driving in Wales with some friends and not only nearly collided with a wall, but also some random sheep. Plus I realsied that I was only driving places where I didn't need to read the road signs for.

Have contacts for sport, but they make my eyes feel like crap.

No glasses for me, but contacts. I wanted to do a LASIK surgery (visual acuity gets corrected by laser) but somehow I decided against it because I have absolutely no problems with my contacts (and my parents saved 8.000 EUR for the surgery Big thumbs up).

I wore contacts for about 8 years. I always sleep on flights - no matter how long or short - and would always wake up with terribly dry eyes. So, I had LASIK six months ago. I LOVE IT! No more contacts, no more worries. Yes, it cost me $3000, but it was well worth it.

I am one blind mo fo..

I wear both contacts and glasses. The contacts stay in most of the day and come out when I know I'm basically retiring for the day. I don't ever wear them to bed. The glasses are worn before bed and right when I get up.. simply because I can't see a thing without them. Remember Wilma from Scooby Doo? I'm that bad. Maybe one of these years I'll have the balls to get laser surgery..  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

On a side note, why is this such a BIG question?

26 ArmitageShanks: Yes, only for far off distances. I don't wear them nearly as much as I should.
27 N766UA: I had glaucoma as a child so yeah, I wear glasses. My left eye is better than 20/10 without them, but my right eye is 20/200.

37 Gordonsmall: I don't wear prescription glasses, but just lately I've taken to wearing a pair of Revo Leader sunglasses that my parents bought for me at christmas.

50 777236ER: Yeah, they say that you needlessly waste a lot of money on glasses. I guess that means that you have money to burn? Surely that's the point.
