It looks like Jürgen Klinsmann will lead the new coaching team of the German team, assisted by Holger Osieck as Co-Trainer and Oliver Bierhoff as "Team Manager".

Opinions?

An image (OK, two) says more than a thousand words:

Is this trio infernale supposed to discuss democratically which player to substitute once the German team is getting one more beating?  Laugh out loud

HA !!!...looks like my prediction for Holger was not that far off. Granted, my so called "vote" was in jest.

I see an even further demise in the statehood of German football. The rest of the world must be chuckling to themselves.

Andreas  Big thumbs up

Kirkie, that wasn't German ... not even Bavarian.

Did anyone read this: http://www.sueddeutsche.de/sport/weltfussball/artikel/131/35096/? Extremly funny - or should I say scary?

Wasn´t Loddar the one who once came to New York for play soccer while the fire was in him?

I guess he would have been worse wo Klinsmann but nevertheless: Bei dieser Truppe ist Hopfen und Malz verloren!

RJ100, you are right. Now that the ability to speak german obviously wasn´t a criterium anymore for getting that infamous job, even a swiss could have been suitable.  Big grin

Well, it wouldn't just be the English and Scots, would it? there'd be mass suicides in Brazil, Argentina, Italy, France, Spain (especially if they go out in the first round again), Portugal, Sweden, Greece etc etc etc.  Big grin

The world cup will be fun. Not for this guy Jürgen, though...

I will bet a $20 that DFB looks for a new coach 2 years from now.

Banco, sorry but discard the Greeks, they do not commit suicide. They simply blame somebody else (concerning football it is almost invariably the referee), that's far safer and healthier.

Zizou, FIFA has anticipated the arrival of JK at the helm of the Manschaft, they will require the stadiums to install synthetic grass, you know, the one that hurts really bad when you fall.
