My Tasks Include:
- Performs direct nursing tasks including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living and hygiene needs, and obtaining certain lab specimens.
- Charts observations and activities, reporting pertinent changes in the patient's condition.
- Escorts patients to and from various destinations
- Assists in maintaining and providing a clean, safe environment.
- Orders, receives, and stores supplies and performs basic clerical functions
- Participates in follow-up activities and tracking clients, schedules appointments, and performs other related tasks.
- Provides case finding and recruitment of at risk persons for comprehensive health services.
- Works alongside Psychiatrist and Psychologists to provide the most intensive and comprehensive care for patients.
Anyway, it may sound stupid to some of you, but I'm really excited.

Sounds great, we could probably use you here, there is enough evidence to show some on here are psychotic, have multiple personalities, or are bi-polar.
Hell, you could do an entire research and experiment here.

Phil - congratulations. It takes a special person to work in this field. It also takes an extraordinary person to become a psychiatrist. Good luck with these pursuits.

Well, just by going on what your posts have read here, it seemed that you didn't have it altogether in the head. But, hell, I'm glad you got those problems diagnosed and fixed. I'm sure what will also help is the fact that you are going to something that you are interested in. Congratulations! Good luck!
