I don't know about any hacking, but for your info, whitehouse.org is not the official site for the White House. It is a poor imitation of the official site, whitehouse.gov

I love America. I guess that makes me Bush's poodle, but I'd rather be a dog in New York City than a prince in Riyadh.

What a dirty trick, tb!!
When I was knew to the internet about 5 or 6 years ago, I wanted to check out the White House website before an upcoming visit. Unfortunately, I didn't know about .org, .gov, .edu, .net, etc. So I tried Whitehouse.com
A TERRIBLE (and quite appalling) mistake!

We had a project to do in tenth grade, and a lot of people went to whitehouse.com instead of whitehouse.gov. Too bad that teacher didn't lose his job, I hated him.
Money does not bring you happiness. But it's better to cry in your own private limo than on a cold bus stop.
