Newcastle Utd drawn against a Palestinian side who play in the Israeli league  Wow! Should be fascinating.
Rangers Vs Maritimo (?) should be alright

Indeed, that should be the only match for the Rangers in this years UEFA Cup Big grin Big grin Big grin

Stuttgart plays some team of Budapest...does that mean we should check the hormones of the players? I can already see that dope controller stepping in front of the media, with a completely puzzled look on his face "Gee, if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I could swear Stuttgart played against a women team"  Big grin Big grin

I know it's only VfB but I like it!

Ah...didn't we miss him so much, Kirkie?

The Forum's most advanced expert on all questions concerning football is here to shed his glamour and glory over our little thread bringing in his expertise and witty remarks about England will win the next 5 WCs or so!

Since in a battle of wits, you are an unarmed man, Andreas, I don't think you *ahem* have a leg to stand on, do you?  Big grin

(Top effort by your ladies hockey team, by the way. Very impressed)

Ah yes, Kirkie, there's just a little difference: We are a lot closer to 5 WCs than England...very much closer!!! Big grin Big grin Big grin

Maybe so Banco maybe so, but then you usually look pretty bad in all these battles of wits against an unarmed man, now don't you? Which does remind me a bit of English football...wonder why Big grin

Kaz you're welcome!! As usual nothing of importance to say, but then that goes for Banco and Kirkie as well  Big grin

I just go easy on you, Andreas. I've seen what happens when you get genuinely upset, all frothing at the mouth, throwing your toys out of the pram and stamping your feet. I don't want that to happen again.  Big grin

(Incidentally, I've always wondered about that saying about how you shouldn't kick a man when he's down. Surely that's precisely when you do kick him? After all, when he gets up he's going to be very, very angry.  Big grin )

Hey RJ100,

Welcome back from Milano  Smile
It was a damn shame they lost. They played very good. But Inter was just a class better  Sad
I just hope that Basel will end up laying a danish club this year. That would be great!!  Big thumbs up

Hey QIguy24

Thanks! Compared to 2 years ago they played very bad and Inter was just too strong.
Thanks also for your e-mail. I will answer ASAP. We really need to go for a few beers soon.

Cheers,
Thomas
