I came across this video about flight 77 which hit the pentagon. Although I believe most conspiracy theories about this crash have since been debunked, this video added a few theories and some evidence I hadnt seen before.

In no way am I advocating that what is in this film is correct. I am just posting it for discussion. So don't shoot the messenger

Yeah, I saw this a couple days ago. Some of the points they bring up sure make it sound like a conspiracy. Still, even if it was a conspiracy, the families of the "victims" were pretty good actors.

BTW, was there any actual aircraft debris left from the crash?

Yes, a woman found some debris in her convertible. If I remember correctly, it was a part of the wing.
There was certainly more.

Of course. an entire plane doesnt dissapear into thin air. there was aircraft debris everywhere-problem was it was hard to find and in millions of tiny pieces.

I don't believe any of the conspiracy theory's about 9-11 or TWA 800... What if it is a conspiracy what is it ? What are they trying to hide ??? A secret war ???

I'll say it again... plane hits recently renovated, reinforced concrete building at 500 mph, with almost a full fuel load, plane shatters into millions of pieces and explodes into flames... The same amount of heat generated by the WTC crashes, compacted into a much smaller area because the fuel couldn't spill down 100 stories of elevator and stair shafts... Bodies are literally cremated, aircraft metal fuses with structural steel, plastic and fabric burn and evaporate... There's not going to be much left.

If consiracies for only for gullible people then maybe you can tell me why almost every government believes in them and many have laws against them. And while you're at it, maybe you can tell me why we have the CIA, FBI, and Internal Affairs investigations.

I mean if everything everywhere is on the up and up, and the world is just fine and peachy, then what's the point?

Just because YOU aren't paranoid doesn't mean that someone isn't out to screw or kill you.

You may think that conspiracies are for the feeble minded.

But many people (and many educated people) do believe in them and for all you know, you could be the target of one.

Living in denial and pretending something doesn't exist doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't.

That's fine Matt, but anyone who believes in the particular conspiracy theories surrounding *this* event is a f*cking knucklehead.

Let's assume for a minute that this is some vast conspiracy. One question. Why the Pentagon? Even though it's proven 100% wrong, there is a concievable motive to attack the WTC, kill innocent people to make people rally around the flag and re-elect Bush. Obviously, there is plenty of evidence that the "public" explanation is 100% true. But if the US Government was attacking its own country for re-election, why would it attack a government building? Assuming such a terrible and morbid scenario, there are tons of locations swarming with innocent people that would be much more logical to attack. Sears Tower, NYSE, Grand Central Station, the list goes on and on. And if this is a vast government conspiracy, assuming the government's resources, why use measly 757s and 767s, why not packed 747s? What about a nuke? It's not like we don't know how to make them. Once you replace a crazy bearded guy in a cave and his wacko followers with the mighty superpower government, attacks so much more devastating become presumably possible. To me, I don't see the motive for attacking the Pentagon, nor why this great conspiracy would use methods so "below" the power of the US Government.

Ok maybe THIS particular conspiracy is a bit hokey, that doesn't mean that ALL theories are.

The problem is there is not a sufficient amount of evidence to wholly support or debunk a particular theory, and that's when the rumors run rampant.

I'm still not 100% decided on what to think of TWA #800. I've read both the faulty wiring/fuel tank theory and I've read the missile theory.

Both have some merit and credibility to them, but they also have their holes.

As an example, for those of you who think that Clinton was behind it, what possible reason would he have?

He already knew he'd be facing a very weak opponent in the November Election and was already all but assured of victory.

And those of you who insist it was mechanical failure, how come out of all the 747's in service, it took nearly 30 years of service before something like this happened. And why hasn't it happened since?

So who knows.

Yeah... I personally know a Naval officer who after evacuating found a smoldering RB.211 about 20 yards from his car. No one on his staff was injured so he counted his blessings that day....

What got me wondering was, if there are other videos of this plane crashing or on its way to the accident, assuming that this is a true fact, how come they haven't been released to the public?

Who cares about frackin' videos - people act like you need a video to prove anything happened these days. Unless of course you're like these internet FOOLS who think because there's no video, an entire 757 simply vanished.
