So what is everyone using, electric razor or manual? And tell us why!

I preffer manual because it really shave you close. But I like electrical when i'm rushing. I got a Mach 3 from Gilette as manual and a Braun elec. razor.

I use a manual, its a Schick Tracer FX, and I use Gillette shaving cream. I plan on getting an electric one though, I like those Norelco ones that spit out the lotion as you're shaving.

Got some Schick ones cheap so I've been using them. Everything gets stuck in between the two blades...

I have an electric shaver but I usually leave my beard growing to the point the shaver can't handle most of it.

Have a Norelco Electric, and I use to use it daily. But I switched back to the blade recently, because it shaves closer, and it doesn't hurt as much. I have a Gillette razor, and I like the Edge Gell.

I dislike electric razors and never use them, even though I do possess one. Like Nikolaki, I use a Gillette Mach 3. Great razor, but I cringe every time I have to buy replacement blades, which are imported and cost quite a lot due to our poor exchange rate.

I use both, depending on how much time I have. For manual I use a Mach 3 and for electric I use a rechargeable philishave which is really really good.

The Philishave is great for travelling.

Cheers,

mb

You're right starship, the remplacement blades of the Mach 3 are really costly!

I use Mach 3 and Sensor Excel when I am at home. By the way, I gotta go and shave...  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I myself use an electric razor--the Panasonic Sonic 2 double-foil model. Fully charged, it really shaves you extremely close.

If I were to use a manual razor, I use Gillette Sensor Excel--Mach 3 is overkill given I don't have that dense facial hair.  Smile

Gillete Mach 3 is what I use - electric razors just don't achieve anywhere near the smoothness I can get with manual.

I use a Gilette Mach 3 & I like using a manual razor because the shaving cream makes you smell good after you use it.
