Yes I have. If you don't count Kazakhstan as European, I visited all European countries except Moldova and Ukraine
Here's a list of European countries (all of Europe, not just EU). Kazakhstan's one of them:
Bosnia & Herzegovina
Denmark (incl the Faeroe Islands)
Portugal (incl the Azores and Madeira)
Serbia & Montenegro
Spain (incl the Canaries)
the United Kingdom (incl the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar)
Must add though, that I've often seen Cyprus listed as Asian, Israel listed as European and Turkey as both. Somehow Russia's always European, though most of it lies in Asia.

Some of the "questionable" inclusions shouldn't be all that surprising. Israel's in Asia, but their teams play in the UEFA, as do Turkey's. Cyprus is now a full member of the European Union, though often classified as Asian. Kazakhstan play within UEFA as well.
