Please, get off your high horse. He got banned for exactly the kind of post Captoveur satirised, thousands of meaningless futile "good for them, they're going strong, all the best yadda yadda yadda" posts in almost each and every single thread in the Civil Aviation forum. That got him banned, and that pissed people off, not him being deaf.
And before you bash me, I spent 10 months working at a school for mentally challenged kids, and I was not the janitor. So I think I know a bit more about them than the average Joe.
