Maybe the title has been done badly.
When i was still in School, in my second last year, there were 2 guys a year above me that I think are worthy contenders or winners for darwin awards.
It was early on a Sunday morning and they were comming back from an extra maths lesson when they had a car accident.
They were driving down a hill which is quite windy but one can negiotate at high speed, its a few curves in the road. But you shouldt go fast there, they were doing 100mph in a 37.5 mph zone (160km/h in a 60km/h zone). They were driving a Toyota corolla which we all know doesnt hold the road like a Mercedes Benz. The driver lost control of the car and they went up the pavement (ramped up the pavement) and hit a street lamp (at 100mp/h)about a metre up it as the car lifted off the ground from hitting the pavement, both the driver and the passenger never had licenses but both had learners licenses (in south africa you get a learners which entitles you to drive with a licensed driver and after a learners when you turn 18 you may take the driving test). They wernt killed by the impact, they were flung out of the car, through the windscreen as they both never had seat belts on and onto the pavement and the light they hit then fell kinda on them and the car. The car hit it with such force it lifted the light out of the ground those things are cemented into the ground and are so heavy yet the managed to 'uproot' it.
doing almost 3 times the speed limit
No seat belt
