This is a call to everyone to boycot any KERRY/BUSH/U.S. election thread for at least until a week before the elections.
Why you might ask? Here are some reasons:
- maybe 50% of the threads revolve around this issue
- every argument has been made dozens of times by either side, those not made yet can easily be made a week before the elections
- a good number of people from both camps contribute nothing but low quality postings to the debate
- it really gets boring after a while

I actually like all the discussion over politics (provided it is done in a civil manner), because it gets everybody to think about politics and debate their points of view. I think it is a good thing to discuss politics (or at least it is better than no one caring about who is president, right?).

Well, it'd be nice if Alpha (Falcon) joined up on this movement like he'd promised before (would save ALOT of bandwidth), but he'd just waffle around about that one. No wonder his support lays with the Herman Munster candidate

Solarix has a point, even though there's way too many political threads about Bush/Kerry, there's also a growing number of these threads complaining about the number of Bush/Kerry threads
I've also noticed some people going into personal attacks on other users when it comes to this thing, and other people getting obsessed with other users (take that thread about Alpha1/Falcon84 as an example).
When you hear the noise of the Tartan Army Boys, we'll be coming down the road!
