Where The Hell Is America Headed?

Last night some 1st rate douche shot a gun into a MLB teams' bus and hit a star player in the leg (Kansas City is where it occured I believe).

Also yesterday, another single-celled brain trust flashed a laser into the eyes of a Delta pilot landing into SLC...

It seems to me that the worlds' most prosperous nation earth is churning out some 1st class losers at an alarming rate. These heinous acts along with numerous accounts that occur and never make headlines are emblematic of a nation with either too much leisure time on its hands or some very deep-seeded psychological issues. If this is where we are now... what the hell does the future bode for us?

No.. not hell in a handbasket... that would be too kind of a punishment. And no these are not 'the last days' or any of that biblical bullshit. This just speaks volumes about the type of species/animal we are...

You need a reality check m'friend...

...take a stroll down a street in Columbia, Rwanda, or Afghanistan; then ask yourself about 'worse than hell' America is going through. We have it so good here that dumbf^cks have time/opportunity to sit back and contemplate how woe-is-we their lives/general-environment might seem, in the same manner as you. Get real  Yeah sure

CBoy... you're in dire need of some serious self examination. The post isn't about me. It's about some of our extremely warped citizens. We are NOT Afghanistan or Rwanda or any other 3rd world nation... if we were the examples I highlighted would be perfectly expected to occur.

Nice of you sign-off on such stupid acts .. I'm sure the perpetrators of such would gladly except your endorsements.

For the next commentator to the thread... please have your head out of your ass before you speak.. it's greatly appreciated.

BN747,

Same shit here in Europe. The amount of violence on the streets and in bars is very high compared to 10 years ago. Yesterday a Dutch guy was hit 14 times with a knife because he said something about a guy who broke a beer bottle on the street. He's dead, they were drunk , so probably not that long in prison... What a world.

Or how about the Arab guy on the plane in Norway yesterday, attacking the pilots with an axe....

People do stupid things. Especially kids.

Nowadays we just hear about it more often, and the things that happen are often incidents which couldn't have happened in the past (like lasers). So there is a novelty to it.

Remember those tales of the 50s and Teddy Boy gangs? Knives, bike chains and gang fights? Same with skinheads in the 60s/70s, or the street gangs of youths of the 1920s/1930s. There was no Internet or multi-channel TV service to report it then.

What we see nowadays is just a modern version of the kind of behaviour that has always existed. Except some politicians use it as a straw man issue and claim it's both new and increasing, in order to whip up hysteria and votes. It's also good material for news services looking to fill their content out.

Yet again KI911 shows his real agenda: he doesn't think the ethnicity of the guy who stabbed the Dutch bloke deserves mention, yet the person who attacked the pilot with an axe is, most definatly, an Arab.

The problem is that society has long since started down that slippery slope of declining morality. It has become much more permissible about things that were once considered morally wrong, and since there are seemingly no absolutes of right and wrong anymore, people think that there is no such thing as being held accountable for their actions.

Unfortunately, more and more often, they're being proven right.

Please read Kl911 post in true light, in case you did not know, this person is extremely p..d off by anyone who is not an Aryan and is apparently an avid bar client and brawler himself.

I do not think that on average more people are going berzerk, but our perception of the world has been exacerbated by the events of the last 3 years, and the atmosphere of fear that some leading politicians are perpetuating if not plainly grossly inflating.
In difficult times we are invariably (mis)led to think in black or white.

Sorry, it's confirmed the guy is an Arab. Isn't easy to accept, is it?

You're letting your hated blind you here - I never said he wasn't an Arab. I said the fact that you didn't bother to mention the ethnicity of the other guy shows your true nature. You then went to the trouble of proving the axe-attacker, and even included a line implying I can't accept that Arabs do things like this: you seem to find it horrifying to be an 'Arab defender', when in your eyes Arabs aren't as good as 'us'.

777236ER,

So what do you mean? Is it not allowed to name the origine of a criminal? I only do that because since a few years the worst crimes in Europe are done by persons of Arab origine, and that worries me. Even the mayor of Rotterdam said that 90% of the pickpockets in his city were Arabs.

My point was it shows your prejudice when you only name the Arab.

I only do that because since a few years the worst crimes in Europe are done by persons of Arab origine, and that worries me. Bullshit. Give examples.

Even the mayor of Rotterdam said that 90% of the pickpockets in his city were Arabs.

Wait, pickpocketing is one of the 'worst crimes in Europe?' Make your mind up. If the pickpockets in Rotterdam are Arab, that points to Arabs having a lower income and more of them living in poverty, not some kind of fundamental, race-based difference you seem to imply.

The persons in the other event are of unknown origine, most likely Dutch.

''Bullshit. Give examples''

A few weeks ago a 15 year old boy was killed on the road in Avignon, France (Close to where I live) because he didn't gave a cigaret to a homeless illegal marrocan immigrant. ( The boy didn't smoke and didn't have cigarets)

'''that points to Arabs having a lower income and more of them living in poverty'''

Well, that's no excuse. We didn't ask them to come here.

It only took you four attempts, and even then you talk about their nationality, not their ethnicity.

A few weeks ago a 15 year old boy was killed on the road in Avignon, France (Close to where I live) because he didn't gave a cigaret to a homeless illegal marrocan immigrant. ( The boy didn't smoke and didn't have cigarets

One example of murder, and 'the worst crimes in Europe are done by persons of Arab [ethnicity]'?! Are you sure you're not letting your prejudice get in the way of common sense?

Well, that's no excuse. We didn't ask them to come here.

So it comes out: you think good ol' white Aryan Europeans shouldn't let Arabs settle in Europe? Europe is made up of countless ethnicities: I doubt anyone asked you to come here either.

You didn´t? What about the "gastarbeiders"? Holland invited them to come over and do the dirty jobs, the country wouldn´t be what it is now if it wasn´t for them...

The strange/funny thing is, though, that the Indians' trainer said that if the player (who was a rookie callup, not a star) hadn't been dressed in drag (as part of the ritual of rookie hazing when the season is almost over), it would have been a lot worse. The knee-high high heeled leather boots he had on were able to stop the bullet enough for it to be easily and quickly removed.
