On the 20th of december this year Fifa will annonce their player of the year.
The 25 candidates have been named and the voting system this year has changed. Now the captains have a vote as well, I stand for correction but I think their votes now count 80% and national coaches count 20%.

Rj111, of course I was being sarcastic! What were Real thinking anyway? They filled up their team with one prima donna after another... The bitchy gays on Queer Eye are better co-prdinated as a team!
And whilst I'm being sarcastic, how about FIFA eliminate the shortlist for Player of the Year and just hand it to Becks? He doesn't deserve the humiliation of having to be on a shortlist. He's clearly been the best of the best this year.
