We've been watching this one develop for the past couple of days. It's been raining pretty much constantly since last night, and it's expected to keep up through Saturday and into Sunday.

My lawn is welcoming the rain, but we do feel for everyone in Florida. Those guys have been under the gun for far too long this summer.

I don't mean Hurricanes ending... I mean Hurricanes using FL as a bullseye!

New NHC info has the system, even having the trouble staying together that it's having, coming in over New Orleans. Looks like we'll be getting a bit of rain, but not much wind.

Yeah, it doesn't have much room to develop in anyway, I'm not expecting it to be anything significant.

Ya, 40 MPH winds arent bad at all. Their shouldnt be any major power outages. Usually you dont have to worry about power outages until about 60 MPH. Limbs and flooding can cause outages though.

There is a saying I would like to quote in this circumstance. SLightly modified of course.

"it sucks to be you" (the original)

"it sucks to be you in Florida"

"it sucks to be Florida"
