for me? mostly meat and cheeze. Basicly my idea of a good pizza is to pile on the meat as if the worlds about to end, then cover it in vast ammounts of cheeze. Im hungry now.

Well for starters the base has to be nice and thin, nothing gives me the shits more than when you pay $15 bucks for a pizza and half of it is dough, the base has to be crisp and not sloppy and soggy.
A generous amount of tomato paste is mandatory and so too is a bottom thin layer of mozzarella. Then pile on the chicken pieces followed by lots of pinapple and capsicum then dump on some more mozzarella. pour on a nice amount of satay sauce then chuck it in the woodfire oven for 4 minutes and there ya go.. the best pizza EVER!
cheers

I'll go for the Hawaiian style here too.
That one is too damn good! It's not filled with a lot of extra stuff. It's simple with Ham, Cheese, tomato sauce, pineapple and bacon.
The only extra that I demand on my pizza is always mooooore cheese

Thin crust, cheese, tomato sauce, basil, and some kalamata and picholine olives. Doesn't get much better than that.

And what's a dessert pizza? Sounds scary!
My dessert pizzas include:
CHOCOLATE:
Consisting of toasted chocolate-tortilla for crust, sweetened whipped cream (or chocolate mousse) instead of tomato sauce, and three or four different types of sweet/semi-sweet chocolate bits on top. Baked. Striped with chocolate syrup before serving.
PINEAPPLE:
an old standard. Also works well using strawberries, mango, and/or kiwi

I prefer the simple onions (preferably sweets like Maui or Vidalia), olives (calamattas are nice), mushrooms, extra Cheddar cheese, with not much tomato sauce. That's a perfect one for me. If I want some meat in it, a little finely diced pepperoni will do.

Desert Pizza, apple pizza is nice, no cheese of course. It is basically stewed apple on a sweetish base with cinamon on top. Goes good with ice cream

Pineapple on pizza is also a crime against nature - it just ain't right ! I propose a Constitutional Amendment forbidding fruit or fruit-based products (except tomatoes obviously) from being defined as pizza ingredients !
