I've gotten a real knack for homemade pizza as of late... dare say I've perfected my crust and sauce.

...so tell me, what toppings do you like on your pizza? I'd like some new ideas.

If you would: separate the categories between "Veggie", "Meat & Cheese", or "Desert" pizzas.

Thanks!  Big thumbs up

for me? mostly meat and cheeze. Basicly my idea of a good pizza is to pile on the meat as if the worlds about to end, then cover it in vast ammounts of cheeze. Im hungry now.

Well for starters the base has to be nice and thin, nothing gives me the shits more than when you pay $15 bucks for a pizza and half of it is dough, the base has to be crisp and not sloppy and soggy.
A generous amount of tomato paste is mandatory and so too is a bottom thin layer of mozzarella. Then pile on the chicken pieces followed by lots of pinapple and capsicum then dump on some more mozzarella. pour on a nice amount of satay sauce then chuck it in the woodfire oven for 4 minutes and there ya go.. the best pizza EVER!

I'll go for the Hawaiian style here too.
That one is too damn good! It's not filled with a lot of extra stuff. It's simple with Ham, Cheese, tomato sauce, pineapple and bacon.  Big thumbs up

The only extra that I demand on my pizza is always mooooore cheese Big grin

My dessert pizzas include:

CHOCOLATE:
Consisting of toasted chocolate-tortilla for crust, sweetened whipped cream (or chocolate mousse) instead of tomato sauce, and three or four different types of sweet/semi-sweet chocolate bits on top. Baked. Striped with chocolate syrup before serving.

PINEAPPLE:
an old standard. Also works well using strawberries, mango, and/or kiwi

APPLE:
ditto pineapple

I prefer the simple onions (preferably sweets like Maui or Vidalia), olives (calamattas are nice), mushrooms, extra Cheddar cheese, with not much tomato sauce. That's a perfect one for me. If I want some meat in it, a little finely diced pepperoni will do.

Mexicana all the way, baby!

Pepperoni, Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Fresh Chilli, and Garlic for fun.

The hotter the better. Love 'em!

Gourmet, I like Tandoori Chicken. Chicken cooked in the tandoor, herbs & spices, onion, tomato, guacamole, cream.

Crust wise - neither too thick nor too thin.  Smile

Pineapple on pizza is also a crime against nature - it just ain't right ! I propose a Constitutional Amendment forbidding fruit or fruit-based products (except tomatoes obviously) from being defined as pizza ingredients !

I almost always have kebab on my pizzas, extremely good IMO.

For ex: Tomato sauce, cheese, thin slices of kebab, piri-piri, green pepperoni and a nice medium hot sauce.

That's how one of the pizzas at my local place looks like, have probably eaten it 50 times in a row. My favorite. Big grin
