Greetings,
For an upcoming trip to London and Paris that i have, i need to find some INEXPENSIVE hotels with internet access since i need to stay connected because of work. I certainly cannot afford $150/night and i'd prefer a hotel/motel that offers shuttle service to and from London Heathrow airport. Are there any "budget" hotel chains there similar to what they have in the USA? Any suggestions?

In Paris, the Accor hotel chains of "IBIS" and "MERCURE" are good reliable brands, prices vary depending on exactly where you are in Paris.
I cannot tell you whether or not they have internet access in-room, but the city is full of cyber-cafes which are also inexpensive.
